Just wanted to let you know your guys were amazing. They certainly know their stuff. Was not an easy install coming up the stairs but they did a phenomenal job. Very impressive. In under 30 mins they had the piano disassembled, lifted up the stairs, and reassembled! I would recommend you to anyone that needs to have one of these monsters moved. The guys laid down all sorts of protection for our new hardwood floors. I wish some of the other movers we had in here paid the sort of attention to detail your crew did! Awesome job guys!

After moving my mother to a seniors residence in 2009, we had to move her piano twice during that year. Sadly, it needed to be moved again - after a search online and reading several reviews we entrusted McNally Piano Services to transport our 45 year old sentimental piano from Ottawa to the Kawartha Lakes. The service was amazing! The guys made arrangements for an earlier pick up which resulted in an early delivery! They were friendly, efficient and did a fantastic job! Thank you Jeff Sheffer for coordinating a stress free move! The piano "is in the house"!
